Jacket Fitting Diagnosis, Remedies & Bespoke Jacket Making

Course Overview

This advanced short course offers an in-depth study into the art and discipline of jacket fitting and bespoke jacket construction. Designed for students with prior foundational training in tailoring, the program focuses on diagnosing and correcting fit issues specific to jackets and constructing a fully bespoke jacket from draft to completion.

From cutting the initial jacket to preparing for a first fitting, analysing the garment on the body, and making adjustments that refine your pattern into a master pattern, students will gain hands-on experience in producing a jacket of exceptional fit, structure, and style—using authentic SRBA™ methods.

Learning Outcomes
